All down payments (deposits) are non-refundable & all payments final.
All clients are required to fill out a "Terms of Service" form that'll highlight all agreements & designs between client(s) & Designs By Sig.
We have the right to refuse any clients & cancel services even after down payments are received due to difficult clients. This is states in all "Terms of Service" forms as disrespectful or hateful clients are not tolerated.
